안녕하세요. 카페 메이플스토리 입니다.
7월 23일(화) ~ 28일(일) 기간 동안 사전 예약 이벤트를 진행합니다.
사전 예약을 통해 방문하는 경우 대기 없이 예약한 시간에 맞춰 입장 가능하며, 방문을 기념해 웰컴 선물이 제공됩니다.
✅ 사전 예약 없이 당일 현장 방문을 통해서도 입장이 가능합니다. 다만, 대기자가 많은 경우 입장이 제한되거나 대기가 길어질 수 있습니다.
✅ 7월 30일(화)부터는 사전 예약 이벤트가 종료되며 현장 방문으로만 운영됩니다.

▪️회차별 시간 : 10:00 / 11:30 / 13:00 / 14:30 / 16:00 (총 5회차)
✅ 예약 마감 : 회차별 1시간 전까지 예약 가능 *예) 7월 23일 10시 입장은 7월 23일 9시에 예약 마감
예약 방법
1. '캐치테이블(링크)' 접속 및 로그인 > '카페 메이플스토리' 검색
2. 예약 일정 > 인원 (최대 2명까지) > 시간 순으로 선택
3. 유의사항 확인 후 예약하기 버튼 클릭
[예약 유의사항]
*'캐치테이블' 로그인이 필요합니다. 사전에 가입하시면 빠르게 예약할 수 있습니다.
*캐치테이블 ID당 1일 1회차 예약 가능, 예약 인원은 1회차당 최대 2명까지 가능합니다.
*매진된 시간은 비활성화 되어 보이지 않으며 사전 예약 대기 등록은 받지 않습니다.
*취소분의 경우 실시간으로 캐치테이블을 통해 예약이 가능하도록 오픈될 예정입니다.
*좌석 및 테이블 수량이 제한되어 있어 현장 상황에 따라 착석이 어렵거나 혼잡할 수 있는 점 양해 바랍니다.
*36개월 미만 영유아는 보호자 동행 시 별도 예약 없이 입장 가능합니다. (단, 웰컴 선물은 예약자 수를 기준으로 증정됩니다.)
[방문 유의사항]
*예약 내역 및 사전 예약 혜택은 타인에게 양도 및 매매가 불가합니다.
*입장 시 캐치테이블 예약 내역을 확인하며 캡처 화면으로는 입장이 어렵습니다.
*예약 시간보다 30분 이상 늦을 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있으며, 퇴장 후 재입장은 어렵습니다.
*예약 시간 정시부터 입장을 시작하며 현장에 도착한 순서대로 입장할 수 있습니다.
*부득이한 상황으로 사전 예약 회차에 방문 불가 시, 사전 예약 혜택이 제공되지 않습니다.
*많은 분들에게 사전 예약 혜택을 제공할 수 있도록 방문이 어려운 경우 반드시 예약 취소를 부탁드립니다.

Notice for Cafe MapleStory Reservations
Reservations will be running for the first 6 days of the cafe's opening, from July 23rd to July 28th.
✅Advantages of reservation
*Enter at your reserved time without waiting in line
*Receive a welcome gift
Walk-ins will be able to enter without a reservation. However, please note that on-site waiting might be needed.
From July 30th, the reservation will end and the cafe will be open for walk-ins only.

*July 11 (Thu), 2024 at 12:00 (KST), Open via Catchtable app
✅Reservable Sessions
*July 23 (Tue) ~ 28 (Sun), 2024
10:00 / 11:30 / 13:00 / 14:30 / 16:00 (5 sessions per day)
✅Reservation Deadline
*Reservations can be made up to 1 hour prior to each session.
(ex. the reservation due for the 10:00 session on July 23rd is 9:00 on the same day.)
How to make a reservation
1. Access and login to 'Catchtable(Link)' > Search for 'Cafe MapleStory'
For foreigners without a Korean phone number, please use 'Catchtable for Foreigners' with an email address.

2. Select Reservation Schedule > Number of people (up to 2) > Reservation time
3. Check Notes and click Make a Reservation button
Reservation Notes
*Catchtable registration is required. Please complete registration in advance for quick reservation.
*Only one reservation is allowed per Catchtable ID per day. Up to a maximum of 2 people can be booked at once.
*Sold out sessions will be disabled and not visible. We do not accept backup registrations.
*Cancellations will be opened for booking via Catchtable in real time.
*Please note that due to the limited number of seats and tables, seating may be difficult or crowded depending on the conditions.
*Infants under 36 months of age are admitted without reservations when accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Welcome gifts will be given based on the number of reservations).
Visitor Notes
*Both reservation or gift cannot be transferred or sold to others.
*Catchtable "Reservation Completed" screen will be checked upon entry. The captured screen is not available.
*Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes are not allowed to enter. There will be no re-entry once you have left.
*Admission will begin at the appointed time on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If you are unable to visit at the time of your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, any benefit or gift belong to the event cannot be provided.
*Please be sure to cancel your reservation if you are unable to visit.
